Biography
Masashi Masuda has done his Doctor of Nutrition from Kyoto University in 2013. Currently he is working as Assistant Professor in Faculty of Medicine at Tokushima University. His research interests are Functional Food Science. Several papers of his work were pubished in reputed international journals. He is also the member of several governing bodies of her respective field.
