Masatsugu Oishi has done his Doctor of engineering from Tohoku University. Currently he is working as Associate Professor in Faculty of Engineering at Tokushima University. His research interests are Solid state ionics, Electrochemistry. Several Papers of his work were published in reputed international journals.
