Biography
Mitsuo Shimada has done his Doctor of Medicine from Kyushu University in 1991. Currently he is working as Professor in Faculty of Medicine in Tokushima University. His research interests are Liver transplantation, gastrointestinal surgery / endoscopic surgery, computer surgery, clinical oncology, surgical metabolism nutrition. Several papers of his work were published in reputed international journals. He is the member of Japan Society of Clinical Oncology, The Japanese Cancer Association, The Japanese Society of Gastroenterology, Socoety of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, Fellow of American College of Surgeons, International Association of Surgeons and Gastroenterologist.

Liver transplantation, gastrointestinal surgery/endoscopic surgery, computer surgery, clinical oncology, surgical metabolism nutrition.
