Biography
Hiroshi Sakaue has done his Doctor in Nutrition from Tokushima University in 2004. Currently he is working as Associate Professor in Faculty of Medicine at Tokushima University. His research interests are Nutrition, biochemistry, molecular biology. He is also the member of Japan Diabetes Society.
