Biography
Naomi Kanoh has done her Doctor of Nutrition from Tokushima University in 2000. Currently she is working as Assistant Professor in Faculty of Medicine at Tokushima University. Her research interests are Food Science. Several papers of her work were pubished in reputed international journals. She is also the member of several governing bodies of her respective field.
