Biography
Takae Bando has done her Nursing monk from Tokushima University in 1999. Currently she is working as Assistant Professor in Faculty of Medicine at Tokushima University. Her research interests are Weekly surgical care, Oncology Nursing, Development of nursing support method for promoting self-care for postoperative discomfort of patients with lung cancer, development of nursing support model to support hope of lung cancer patients undergoing surgical therapy as initial treatment (cancer surgery therapy, surgical period). Several papers of her work were pubished in reputed international journals. She is also the member of Japanese Society of Nursing Research, Japan Academy of Nursing Science, Japan Academy of Nursing Education, Japanese Society of Cancer Nursing, Japan Critical Care Nursing Association, Japanese Surgical Nursing Association.
