Biography
Tohru Sakai has done his Doctor in Medicine from Tokushima University in 1999. Currently he is working as Professor in Faculty of Medicine at Tokushima University. His research interests are Public Health Nutrition, Nutritional Immunology. He is also the member of several governing bodies of his specialized field.
