Research Interest
Condensed matter physics Experimental studies on low-dimensional systems in semiconductors Integer and fractional quantum Hall effects, Metal-insulator transition in strongly correlated two-dimensional systems, Two-dimensional electron systems at cleaved semiconductor surfaces.
