Biography
Prof/Dr Amagasa Toshiyuki has received his PhD from Gunma University during the period of 1999-03. Currently, he/she is working as Professor in University of Tsukuba.His/her research has included Multimedia database,Database systems and data engineering,Semi-structured databases XML databases,Database systems for e-Science. Based on this research and fellowship training he/she has received several awards and honors, such as 2015-12-1 iiWAS2015 Best Paper Award, 016-03-01 Young achievement award of the Database Society of Japan 2015 .. He /she have authored A system for phylogenetic analyses over alignments of next generation sequence data,. Special Section on Data Engineering and Information Management FOREWORD.. research articles/books.
