Dr. Islam Muhammad Monirul is currently working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Pure and Applied Sciences, University of Tsukuba, Japan. His research interests includes Solar cell, Photovoltaic materials, Crystal growth, semiconductor properties. Dr. Islam Muhammad is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Islam Muhammad Monirul is the member of many international affiliations. Dr. Islam Muhammad has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. Dr. Islam Muhammad has authored of many research articles/books related to Solar cell, Photovoltaic materials, Crystal growth, semiconductor properties.
