Dr. Mizutani Koichi is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Engineering, Information and Systems, University of Tsukuba , Japan. His research interests includes Electron device / Electronic equipmen, Optical engineering, Photon science,Measurement engineering. Dr. Mizutani Koichi is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Mizutani Koichi is the member of many international affiliations. Dr. Mizutani Koichi has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
