Dr. Nakajima Mitsutoshi is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Life and Environmental Sciences, University of Tsukuba , Japan. His research interests includes Food science,Biofunction/Bioprocess. Dr. Nakajima Mitsutoshi is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Nakajima Mitsutoshi is the member of many international affiliations. Dr. Nakajima Mitsutoshi has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. Dr. Nakajima Mitsutoshi has authored of many research articles/books related to Food science,Biofunction/Bioprocess.
