Biography
Prof/Dr. Ono Tomoya has received his PhD in engineering from Osaka University during the period of 2001. Currently, he/she is working as Associate Professor in University of Tsukuba japan.His/her research has included Condensed matter physics I,Mathematical physics/Fundamental condensed matter physics,Thin film/Surface and interfacial physical properties,Composite materials/Surface and interface engineering He /she have authored First-principles study on oxidation of Ge and its interface electronic structures research articles/books.
