Prof/Dr. Tanaka Hiroshi has received his PhD from Mizuri University Atmospheric Science Classroom USA during the period of 1988. Currently, he/she is working as Professor in University of Tsukuba japan. His/her research has included Meteorology/Physical oceanography/Hydrology. He /she have authored Relationship between the Arctic Oscillation and surface air temperature in multi-decadal time-scale. research articles/books
