Dr. Yamanaka Tsutomu is currently working as a in the Department of Life and Environmental Sciences, University of Tsukuba, Japan. His research interests includes Meteorology/Physical oceanography/Hydrology,Environmental dynamic analysis. Dr. Yamanaka Tsutomu is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Yamanaka Tsutomu is the member of many international affiliations. Dr. Yamanaka Tsutomu has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
