Josh Faddis

Biography

As senior vice president and general counsel, Josh Faddis manages and oversees all aspects of the legal function at Veeva, including commercial contracting, IP management, governance matters and compliance matters. He has over 14 years of experience in the legal field, including the last 11 years at Taleo Corporation, a leading software-as-a-service provider of human capital management solutions. At Taleo, Josh was the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary and oversaw all aspects of the legal function through a period of growth from approximately $12M in revenue to approximately $325M in revenue. He was instrumental in the development of Taleo’s software-as-a-service business model, completion of the company's initial public offering in 2005, completion of nine acquisitions and Taleo’s eventual sale for approximately $2.1 billion.
