Biography
Rob Cascella joined Philips in April 2015. He was appointed Executive Vice President in July 2016. He has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has served on several Boards. Rob has spent ten years as President and later CEO of Hologic Inc., a global leader in women’s health. Under his tenure, Hologic broadly diversified its product portfolio and substantially grew revenues through a combination of innovative product development and acquisition, as well as the building of strong customer relationships. He is a graduate of Fairfield University.
