Biography
JoAnn A. Reed has served as a Director of the Company since May 2006. Ms. Reed has been a health care services consultant since 2010. From April 2008 to April 2009, she was an advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Medco Health Solutions, Inc. From 2002 to March 2008, Ms. Reed served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Medco Health Solutions, Inc. From 1992 to 2002, she served as Senior Vice President, Finance of Medco Health Solutions, Inc. She joined Medco Containment Services, Inc. in 1988.
Research Interest
Her prior experience includes employment with CBS, Inc., Aetna/American Re-insurance Co., Standard and Poor’s Financial Services LLC, and Unisys/Timeplex.
