Elizabeth Hoane joined Air Products as vice president, Total Rewards, in October 2015. She is responsible for leading the company’s Total Rewards strategy and organization worldwide. Prior to joining Air Products, Ms. Hoane was employed by PepsiCo, where she most recently led Total Rewards for its Americas Foods and the Global Groups. While there, she also was responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, managed HR Operations, and led compensation work streams in PepsiCo’s business model and HR transformation. Prior to that, Ms. Hoane held roles of increasing responsibility at IBM in the areas of Compensation, HR Strategy, Talent Management, and Learning & Development. Ms. Hoane began her career with Deloitte Consulting as a senior manager, focusing on financial services.
