Biography
Jennifer L. Grant joined Air Products in 2013 and is senior vice president and chief human resources officer. She is responsible for leading the HR strategy and the HR organization globally. Prior to joining Air Products, Ms. Grant was employed by Pfizer, Inc., where she held a variety of international HR management roles supporting their commercial and manufacturing organizations. Most recently, she served as the vice president of human resources for Pfizer’s specialty products and oncology divisions. Ms. Grant began her career with GE, where she graduated from their HR leadership program and went on to hold a variety of roles of increasing responsibility across multiple divisions.
