Biography
Mahmoud Abdelkhaliq joined the Dar Al Dawa Development and Investment Company in April 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mahmoud has more than 16 years of professional experience with both listed and unlisted companies. Mr. Mahmoud brings to the company expert understanding of best financial practices, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, corporate finance, accounting and financial reporting. Mr. Mahmoud assumes ultimate responsibility for the overall short and long-term financial health and control, and he ensures that the operations are adequately financed and supported in their planning activities and that risk is appropriately mitigated across the group in accordance with the strategic objectives. Mr. Mahmoud is a CPA from New Hampshire Board of Accountancy in USA, and holds a BA degree in Accounting from the University of Jordan.
