Biography
As Vice President, DDI Europe, Bruce Watt is responsible for the creation and implementation of the region's business strategy. Bruce is accountable for managing all aspects of the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Poland and Russia teams which together service the EMEA region. He is also the leading member of the European executive leadership team. An expert on a broad range of leadership and talent management practices, Bruce provides business relevant counsel to a diverse range of both multinational and regional organisations identifying needs and proposing solutions primarily in the areas of leadership development, succession management and talent acquisition.
