Biography
Jeffrey L. Rutherford joined Ferro as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2012. He is responsible for Ferro’s financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, investor relations, corporate development, and internal audit. He also is responsible for the Company's Information Services (IS) operations. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rutherford served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Park-Ohio Holdings Corp., an industrial supply chain logistics and diversified manufacturing business, since 2008. From 2007 until 2008, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of UAP Holding Corp., an independent distributor of agricultural inputs and professional non-crop products. UAP was sold to Agrium Inc. in 2008. Mr. Rutherford previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LESCO, Inc., a provider of professional turf care products from 2005 to 2007, and as LESCO’s Chief Financial Officer from 2002 to 2005. LESCO was sold to John Deere & Co. in 2007. From 1998 to 2002, he was Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of OfficeMax, Inc., an office products company. Prior to joining OfficeMax, he spent 14 years with the accounting firm Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Rutherford earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio.
