Ayman Hyjawe has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. He has been a key player in the strategic and operational management of pharma products in MENA (specially at KSA ,Kuwait ,Levant and North Africa markets ) with strong emphasis on product positioning and market entry for developing markets. Having a ‘can-do’ attitude ,He had been directly involved in managing private and institutional sectors and set relationship strategies for client acquisition and retention. Proven leadership and team building experience, with ability to lead multiple teams/units simultaneously. Outstanding planning and management skills; meeting tight time constrains and deadlines. He is known as a solution driven manager and coach, who relates well with all types of people at all levels. Strong organizational and analytical abilities applied to achieve desired objectives and results.
