Degree University of Utah College of Health Sciences - Salt Lake City, UT in Bachelor of Science, 1985 Professional Positions Certified McKenzie MDT Clinician Languages Spoken English Personal Bio & Interests I became a licensed Physical therapist in 1985. Graduated from the University of Utah. I became a certified McKenzie MDT provider in 2000. I have worked in Home health, Acute care, General orthopedics and am currently working as a orthopedic spine specialist. My wife and I have been blessed with 5 sons. We love the outdoors and various sporting activities. I enjoy reading and keeping up with current events.
