 I am a sociable person and exploit this character in the management of work. I usually stay with my staff for a long time. It is easier to manage staff if they see you with them a lot. I am very supportive and encouraging to others and that brings the best out of them. It works better than criticizing them.I am pragmatic, realistic and understand that change is a business necessity but never compromise at the expense of my principles. lastly, I am dynamic, motivated and experienced team leader.
