Biography
Louise Bott joined Merit in 2006 and was appointed as Vice President, Global Human Resources in 2007. She is responsible for the Human Resources function at all Merit locations. Louise has been a specialist in all areas of HR during her 25+ years of experience in the field. Prior to Merit, she held HR management positions in the medical device manufacturing, retail and software industries. She has served on the Jordan Education Foundation Board.
