Dr. Saqer M. Herzallah is a Professor of Department in Nutrition and Food Technology. The graduation is completed in BSc from Jordan University and post-graduation in Nutrition and Food Technology from Jordan University and Ph.D. Nutrition and Food Technology from Jordan University. He has more than 20 publications.
