Biography
Valrani earned his place among 40 CEOs, MDs and COOs of various facilities management firms such as as Emrill, Farnek, Coefly Besix, Transguard, Concordia and others. The 2015 list was unveiled in the December issue of the magazine and adds to Al Shirawi FM’s impressive list of awards including the 2015 FM CEO of the year by ITP for the 4th Annual Indian CEO awards and the ‘Best Safety Contractor’ award given by Roads and Transport Authority. Al Shirawi FM’s portfolio features impressive projects from top organisations like Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), TECOM, Nakheel , Al Tayer Group and Dubai SME. This year alone, Al Shirawi FM added 45 new projects to its portfolio, including the coveted contract for the Dubai Design District D3. The visionary project is expected to the region’s centre for creative design and is built on a ‘smart city’ model. Navin Valrani said, “We are already the largest private local FM company in the nation and D3’s presence will take us to a whole new level.”
