Rana Sweiss

Biography

  Rana joined PIC in 2015 after several missions with multinational firms in senior HR roles. She joined the biopharmaceuticals industry after experiencing HR management in an array of other industries including aviation, real estate, education, healthcare as well as travel & hospitality. Before joining PIC, Rana held multiple executive roles; she was the Global Head of Human Resources & Administrationat RJ (Royal Jordanian Airlines). She also held the roles of Director of Human Resources & Administration at AIG (Airport International Group) and Human Resources Senior Manager at Saraya Development Group in Jordan. Rana also held senior HR positions in the US such as Director Human Resources at Memorial Health Services , Human Resources Manager Marriot International and Human Resources Specialist at the community colleges district. Rana holds a BA degree in English Literature and Business Administration from the University of Jordan, and is Certified in Human Resources Management from the University of California. She is also certified as Professional Human Resources (PHR) SHRM and as Certified Corporate Trainer.
