Biography
Shyamal joined PwC in 1984 and is the Chairman for the India firm. Prior to this, he has held the positions of the Strategy, Growth and Brand Leader and Tax Leader for India. His areas of expertise include inward investment advice, cross-border investment structuring, contract structuring and permanent establishment issues. Shyamal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
