Biography
Dr. Saleh Abu-Soud is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Software Engineering at Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT). He received his PhD in Computer Science in 1992, M.Sc. in Computer Science in 1988, and B.Sc. in Computer Science in 1985. He worked at the University of Jordan in the period between 1992 and 1995, before joining PSUT. He served as Head of the Department of Computer Science in the period from 2005 to 2007. He left to work in NYIT for four years in the period from 2007 to 2011, where he served as a Professor of Computer Science and the Director of the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Department in the period from 2007 to 2010. His research interests are in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering. He has published numerous research papers and two books. He has supervised dozens of Master’s students and many PhD students.
