Complete knowledge of day-to-day administrativeand financial activities including selection & staffing, tasking, discipline, and all multifarious development programs; ensure proper implementation of Rules and Regulations. Proficient in managing people from diverse sources. In addition to, the ability to collaborate human resource requirements in consultation with different functional and operational areas. Outstanding oral and, written and training communication skills. Strong analytic skills including trend analysis and the ability to develop innovative tactics to resolve problems. Strong computer skills especially word processing, Payroll ADP, hotel operating system and spreadsheet creation. Full knowledge of Human Resource rules, and procedures.
