Biography
Dr. Mahmoud Migdadi is currently an Associate Professor teaching a range of subjects at the Department of Business Information Technology, King Talal School of Business Technology, Princess Sumaya University for Technology, Amman, Jordan. Dr. Migdadi earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Yarmouk University, Jordan, followed by an MBA from Johnson & Wales University, USA, and PhD in Information Systems from the University of Wollongong, Australia. Dr. Migdadi’s research interests include, but are not limited to, knowledge management, knowledge management systems, customer relationship management systems, enterprise resource planning systems, learning organization and e-business. His research has been published in international journals such as Computers in Human Behavior, Internet Research, Industrial Management & Data Systems, Journal of Systems and Information Technology, Journal of Information and Knowledge Management, and International Journal of Business Information Systems.
