Biography

Dr. Omar Al-Hujran is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Information Systems and Technology at PSUT. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Mu’tah University, Jordan, followed by a Master of Science in Computing from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a PhD degree in Information Systems from Wollongong University, Australia. His work has been published in several international journals such as the Journal of Information Technology for Development, Computers in Human Behavior, Internet Research, Electronic Journal of E-Government, and he has presented papers at several international conferences such as the European Conference on e-Government, the International Conference on e-Learning, e-Business, Enterprise Information Systems, and e-Government, the ACS/IEEE International Conference on Computer Systems and Applications, and the European Conference on Mobile Government. His current research interests include e-government, cloud computing, social media and the adoption of e-government in developing countries.
