Sam Scott

Biography

 Sam holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Endeavour College of Natural Health, with a focus on osteo-techniques. He specialises in treating postural issues that often result from sedentary desk jobs, muscle strains caused by overuse in sporting, and assisting his clients to strengthen soft tissue and correct musculoskeletal imbalances and dysfunctions. He is an expert in applying gentle to very firm pressure for soft tissue release according to his clients’ individual needs, and treats with a muscle energy technique and myofascial release. Sam is also a personal trainer with an extensive knowledge of sports-specific and general exercise techniques. In his spare time, Sam coaches young rugby athletes and participates in a variety of sports including rowing, Olympic lifting, hammer throw and surfing.
