Biography

 Zdanovich holds a degree in Automated Data Processing Systems from Kazakh Polytechnic Institute (1991) and in Banking/Finance from Kazakh State Academy of Management (1999). Mrs. Zdanovich has more than 20-years’ banking experience and held various positions in finance, budgeting and corporate management of financial institutions in Kazakhstan and other countries. Mrs. Zdanovich career starts at JSC BTA Bank back in 1996 at Operations Department and Regional Marketing and Analysis department. She has been in charge of capital investments of parent to subsidiary and associate banks and companies of BTA Bank and headed Analytical Center of BTA Bank. In 2009, she has been representing BTA Bank in Board of Directors of subsidiaries and associated companies such as JSC BTA Life, JSC BTA Insurance, and JSC Insurance Company London-Almaty. Mrs. Zdanovich served as a member of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of JSC Pension Savings Fund Ular Umit, CJSC BTA Bank Belarus, JSCB BTA-Kazan, OJSC BCC Bank-Moscow, CJSC a BTA Bank (Armenia) and Halyk Bank Georgia.
