Biography
Dr. Parcero joined the ISE in 2016 as an Associate Professor. He obtained his Ph.D. at the University of Bristol (UK). His Ph.D. thesis was awarded the first price (€6,000) in a European doctoral thesis competition, Committee of the Regions, EU (2006). After his graduation he has been a Research Fellow at the University of St Andrews (Scotland), a Visiting Professor at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (Spain) and an Assistant Professor at the United Arab Emirates University. Currently, he is a Research Affiliate at the "Centre for Research into Industry, Enterprise, Finance & the Firm" (Scotland). Osiris is an active and collaborative researcher and has published papers in international renowned journals as well as participated in many conferences.
