Biography
Dr. Frederick Emrich is Assistant Professor at DMC, KIMEP University. He has MA in Media Arts, University of Arizona, USA, 1998
Research Interest
My major research interest is to understand the potentials of networked communication processes in democratic social change in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. I have conducted two research presentations at KIMEP on this issue, and am currently developing the research for dissertation and journal publication. I am also conducting related research on the use of digital information technologies in journalism education.
