ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 2010 – 2015: Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) Doctor of Philosophy in Epidemiology. 2012- 2013: University of Washington- Global Health Fellowship. 2007 – 2009: Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Public Health (MPH). 2003 – 2005: Aga Khan University-Kenya – Bachelor of Science Nursing AWARDS 2012; Grant from National Authority for Campaign Against Drug Abuse (NACADA) 2010 Grant from National Commission for Science Technology and Innovation (NACOSTI) NATIONAL RESEARCH CONDUCTED 2012- 2013; Nutritional Vulnerability Profiling Survey with WFP, KNBS and KEMRI. 2011- 2012; Substance abuse and HIV/STI risky sexual related behaviors among students in Kenyan Universities in collaboration with NACADA and NACOSTI. 2011; Kenya National Micronutrient Survey (K.N.M.S.) in collaboration with MOH,CDC, GAIN, KNBS and KEMRI.
