Jonah Aiyabei

Biography

Jonah takes over the new role after many years of service as the Chief Executive Officer for Kenya Pipeline Company Pensions Scheme which has an asset value of Kshs 11 billion. Having taught finance and strategic management in various universities in Kenya, he currently serves as a council member for Mount Kenya University, and sits on the KASNEB Board as a technical examination committee member. This former university don and author boasts over 14 years’ experience in designing various oil & gas learning programmes, key among them feasibility studies for establishing oil depots in strategic locations in Kenya, and also the country’s LPG strategy. He is a member and current vice chairman of the Institute of Certified Investment Financial Analysts (ICIFA).
