Samuel Odoyo

Biography

Sam is a self-driven financial expert with a wealth of KPC institutional knowledge and hands on experience in financial management; corporate planning and strategy; project management; and systems development and implementation. He has been in KPC for 11 years, seven of these as Finance Manager, and since January 2016 as Acting General Manager, Finance & Strategy. He was instrumental in helping grow KPC's pre-tax profits from Kshs 3.8 billion in 2009 to Kshs 10 billion in 2015. A Certified Public Accountant, Sam is a stickler to proactive approach to management of issues with visible leadership skills in managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve set objectives. Before joining KPC, Sam worked for Kenya Airways and Nation Media Group as Outstations Finance Manager and Accountant respectively.
