Biography

PhD holder in Applied Human Nutrition at the University of Nairobi. He is a tutorial fellow at the University of Nairobi, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Technology. He has wide research and lecturing experience in the areas of Human Nutrition, food safety, Food biotechnology and microbiology.
