Biography
Dr. Onyango was born in 1958 in Siaya County, Kenya. He obtained his early education in the local county schools namely Lusi Primary and Maranda High School from where he proceeded to Nkubu High School, Meru County for A-levels. He subsequently joined the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Nairobi from where he graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1986.
