Midikira Churchill Kibisu is a Financial/and Human Resource Consultant. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance, and a Master of Science degree (Ms) in School Business Management. He has a wide experience in Training, Curriculum Development, Research, Financial Planning, Risk Management, Insurance, Auditing, Tariff development, Institutional Restructuring and Development and Project Management.
