Duties Preparation of both meat and milk products e.g. Yoghurt, Mala, Ice cream, Sausages, Meatloaf, Butter. Arrangement of student practicals e.g. Dairy and Meat Preparation and manufacture of meat products, eg. Bacon, Food Engineering Practicals. Sales and Marketing of Pilot Plant Products.
