Angela holds an MSc in Applied Human Nutrition (UoN), Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (Kenyatta University) and BSc In Home Science (Nagpur University, India). She is a tutorial fellow in the Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Technology and currently teaches units in the BSc food, nutrition and dietetics and MSc Applied human nutrition courses. She is also a PhD student.
