Renewable energy research work and application; Thin films coatings for application in energy efficient smart windows; Material investigation of Indium Hydroxy sulphide (In(OH)xSy); Solid State Light Emitting Diode (LED) and Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED); Doped metal oxides for application as Transparent Conducting Oxides; Computational Physics mainly Density Functional Theory DFT, Quantum Monte Carlo QMC.
