Yung-ho Cho

Biography

He is currently working at Ajou University, Korea He Completed his studies in Department of Business Administration   As a graduate of AJU College, he holds a master's degree from KAIST and a Ph.D. in business administration from Marseille, France. Prior to joining Aju University, he worked at the College of Foreign Languages ​​at Hankuk University and worked as Visiting Scholar at the University of Michigan. He served as a vice president, editor-in-chief, and director at the Korean Academy of Human Resource Management, the Korea Human Resources Association, the Korean Business Association, the Small Business Association, and the Korean Ethics Management Association. He is also a member of the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of World Business. He has been a member of the Gyeonggi Provincial Labor Relations Commission for many years. He has consulted with large corporations such as Samsung, LG, Hyundai, KT, and POSCO, Chamber of Commerce and Industry and small and medium enterprises. He is a member of the government agency evaluation committee including the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of National Defense.Advised manpower management of Indonesian Science and Technology Office overseas.In the school, he is the director of the planning department, the manager of the business school, and the professor of the department of business administration. Participated in the scholarship project for young people while serving as the director or director at the Sungwon Scholarship Foundation, Aikyung Scholarship Foundation, STX Scholarship Foundation, and KEPCO Scholarship Foundation. Received the Best Paper Award from the Korean Business Association, Outside Korea.
