Biography
Jong-In Song is Professor at GIST, Bell Communications Research (Bellcore). He has done Postdoctoral MTS 1986 -1990 at NSF Center for Telecommunications Research (CTR), He is graduate research assistant at Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute as Senior MTS.
Research Interest
His research intrests are Compound semiconductor epitaxy - Ultra-high-speed electronic devices (HEMTs and HBTs) - O/E and E/O devices for optical communications - Monolithic microwave and millimeter-wave circuits for wireless communications - Photonic microwave devices and subsystems for universal communication systems
